Shipping & Returns

I use USPS shipping + tracking for all orders unless otherwise specified. There is always the option to upgrade to overnight or priority and this entirely up to you! Please know that these are additional shipping charges that will be the responsibility of the buyer. I will let you know what the additional costs are but please know they can range from $20 and up. 

All shipments are kept safe and cozy in their shipping boxes. After all of our hard work teaming up on this portrait, I would hate for it to get damaged! That being said, if damage is still sustained despite my careful packaging, I am not liable for damages.  All of my packages are insured through USPS to keep us protected.

I do not accepts returns or refunds. This is because all portraits have a final outline that is approved prior to stitching. I also provide multiple photo updates throughout the stitching process and always urge owners to let me know of any critiques or changes. Please use this time to your advantage!
