Store Policy

Here at Hands of Moirai Embroidery, trust is important. I take your financial confidence in me very seriously and strive to be as communicative, punctual, and professional as possible. Each hand embroidered piece has countless hours of planning behind it, so that you have a portrait that you can hang for decades to come. Every life form deserves to be grieved and memorialized, and I promise to give this honor my highest priority. 

This business is not my only job and I do work full time as an emergency veterinary nurse. When I am not embroidering, you will find me working in the ICU or stabilizing ill pets in my community. While I wish I could conjure more hours in the day, I have finally accepted that I am unable to and thus, my wait times reflect this. 

I offer secure payment options so you can feel secure in any transactions with me. I leave all payment transactions to the discretion of you. I accept cash, check, venmo, paypal, and cash app. If you have another third party app that you would like to utilize, you need only ask. But please know, I may decline if my research on a new app leaves me feeling uneasy about your security.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to my business and I promise to never sale or share your private contact information. Those games are not played here. You deserve to purchase artwork without worrying about what's going on behind the scenes with your information. All information you provide for me is kept secure and is only stored on the application you submitted it (ie social media inbox, email inquiry, commission waitlist inquiry). It is never shared with anyone. 

I currently do not offer wholesale pricing or inquiries due to being such a small-scale business.
